Documentation: Presentation of valid driving license in Portugal required.

Minimum rental: 24 hours period.

Deposits: The minimum deposit, when applied, must be left through cash or credit card.

Age: The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years old and 1 year of experience.

Payment: The estimated cost of rental and all other expenses must be paid beforehand.

Fuel: The customer must deliver the vehicle with the same quantity as when pick-up.

CDW: Collision Damage Waiver is Compulsory.

SCDW: Additional protection with deposit reduction.

T.P.: Theft protection.

P.A.I.: Personal accidents cover.

Insurance: The prices include the limited liability insurance, under the law in force. The collision coverage is mandatory and is subject to a mandatory minimum deposit reduced to €200 (€1.500 for Group E). This amount is refunded when the vehicle is delivered without damage.

Pick up and Return: No additional taxes on Funchal downtown area including Hotels. For pick up and delivery to other locations and at Madeira Airport, an additional fee is required.

Outside hours: Pick up and Delivery between 7pm and 8am are subject to an additional fee.

Recommendations: If you wish to extend your rental period you must notify with a minimum of 24 hours before.
Due to the high demand during special seasons, summer and new year, is frequent all rental fleets deplete, as such we recommend early bookings.
